Witness in Ellen Pao trial denies ‘porn star’ conversation on plane ride




SAN FRANCISCO — An allegedly risqué conversation between Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers partners on a cross-country private plane ride took center stage as a high-stakes gender discrimination trial kicked off its 17th day on Wednesday

Former junior partner Ellen Pao, who is suing the famed venture capital firm for $ 16 million, says that her male colleagues and their associates discussed porn stars, dating younger women, and how “hot” Yahoo! CEO Marissa Meyer was during a 20-minute exchange while traveling to a business conference in New York.
