Holly Holm convincingly knocked out the heavily favored Ronda Rousey at UFC 193 on Saturday night, taking down the most dominant figure in combat sports with an early second-round head kick that caught the previously undefeated mixed martial arts fighter — already dazed and bloodied from a vicious first-round beating — in the neck.

Holm, considered one of the finest female boxers of her generation before she made the move to UFC, becomes the first person in history to hold undisputed world title belts in both boxing and Ultimate Fighting Championship.
