Academy fellowship judge tells woman her script could be ‘decent porn’

LOS ANGELES — Rachel Koller is new at screenwriting, but her first experience should prepare her for a lifetime of being a woman in Hollywood.

An industry professional who reads scripts for the Nicholl Fellowship, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences’ prestigious screenwriting competition, dismissed her raunchy female-led comedy in the evaluation’s comments as something that “might make a decent porn picture, as the gals do seem kinda hot, at least on the page.”

After Koller (above, center) posted about the notes on Facebook, whoever was running the Nicholl Fellowship’s Facebook page labeled the comment a “failed joke” and strongly suggested that she disclose her film’s title (The Big D) among other things, for context. Read more…

The guys uncover details of this deal when Gilfoyle reveals he found the password to Endframe’s system on a Post-it note. So Richard, despite some initial reluctance, convinces Intersite CEO Molly Kendall (Romy Rosemont) to let Pied Piper compete for its business
