Cortana, Microsoft's Digital Assistant, Is Now Available to All on iOS and Android

iOS/Android: Cortana, one of the cooler features of Windows 10, is now available to iOS and Andorid users.…

Cortana has been in beta since August, but if you couldn’t get into the beta—or just wanted to wait until it was a bit more stable—now’s your chance. It doesn’t have quite the integration that Siri and Google Now have on their respective platforms, but if you have a Windows 10 PC, Cortana can sync notifications across both platforms, which is pretty nice. And, on Android, it can alert you on your PC when you have a phone call, or even reply to missed calls with a text message. Cortana is also coming to Cyanogen OS with even more integration.


It felt a little sluggish on my 2013 Moto X (which, admittedly, is an old phone, but one that otherwise still runs very smoothly), but worked quite well in my tests. Check it out for yourself at the link below.
