Zuckerberg converted 41,350,000 class-B Facebook shares to shares of class-A common stock in the company, and then included them in the offering, which was priced at $ 55.05 per share. He personally now holds no class-A shares in the company (his holdings are part of various trusts).
Andreessen sold 1,645,239 shares of Facebook class-A common stock at the secondary offering price of $ 55.05 each. He now holds 1,610,920.
And Ebersman sold 11,700 shares of Facebook class-A common stock at $ 55.50 apiece, and another 11,700 at $ 58.27 each. He now holds 176,656 shares in the company.
