Relax yourself. There are so many things that you do to relax and de-stress yourself, such as reading good books, listening to music, playing in open, riding a bicycle, going for swimming or simply walking or jogging. If you have time, go for swimming to your local club. On a weekend, you can go cycling with your kids or can have a football match in your park and can call friends over. Make a plan and stick to it. You may not be able to do everything in a day but you can obviously prioritise things. If you like painting, do it. If you enjoy cooking, go out in the kitchen and prepare something. Even if you have had a bad day at office, you would be able to forget everything when you get comments from your family for that wonderful dish that you made all on your own.

You should also ensure that you eat healthy and nutritious food and that you do exercise regularly. Eating food that is rich in vitamins and minerals and keeping yourself active and fit is really important if you want to have a head full of healthy and strong hair.

Hair loss due to stress is usually temporary in nature. If you take timely action, and learn to diffuse stress, you can prevent those beautiful and precious locks from being lost somewhere.
