We’ve shown you how to choose and slice up a watermelon. Once you’ve cut a quarter of a slice, he recommends making two strategic cuts in the rind. You will be cutting at an angle from the centre to the top of the sides. This way, the rind in the centre stays intact for you to grip and you don’t get melon on your face while eating. The best part is that you aren’t wasting any fruit either.
