For Yahoo, changing its longtime logo (its asymmetrical “Y” with a
leaning exclamation point) is a way to signify a new way forward.
This marks the first time in 18 years that Yahoo will overhaul its logo.
It’s part of the company’s “30 days of change” marketing campaign,
during which it will display one potential logo option on its various
sites each day for the next 30 days before the final version is revealed
