Shilpi Agarwal founded The Social Business School to cover advanced social media topics such as social data, social audience clustering, social advertising, social auditing, social targeting, social advocacy and PR, social collaboration, social enterprise and social visual commerce.

Cody Bailey joins Moroch as director of digital and social strategy. In this role, he will manage and lead the strategy for all digital platforms across the agency’s network of more than 30 North American offices. Michelle Barna-Stern joins Blue State Digital as executive director of content and campaigns. In this new role, she will oversee the communications, content marketing and social media teams. Nicole DeMeo is glispa’s new CMO. Prior to joining glispa, she was a marketing strategist and brand ambassador for industry leaders, including Steve Jobs, Eric Schmidt and Carly Fiorina. DeMeo has worked with some of the most innovative companies of our time, from the Fortune 500 (e.g., Apple, Accenture), to more than 60 start-ups (e.g., EyeEm, When.com, Scoreloop and four of her own). For more than 20 years, DeMeo has guided companies through multiple phases of their business lifecycles, providing global go-to-market strategies. Michelle Rodrigues Hawthorn joins Kip Hunter Marketing as director of public relations, specializing in the development and implementation of public relations campaigns and initiatives. Before this, she served as a senior account executive at Tilson PR. Read more about her career move here.

Joel Lesher joins Optimove as senior sales executive from ExactTarget as senior business development manager, team lead. Sean Remler is the new portfolio lead at marketing software and services company Accenture Interactive. Previously he was managing director at Ogilvy New York.

Melissa Sweredoski is Kip Hunter Marketing’s new public relations manager. In her role, Sweredoski will specialize in drafting press releases, managing press archives, research and development of client projects, email marketing, client communications and social media management.
