Blueprint (pictured above) is available to all Facebook users in English via desktop and mobile, and it is aimed at helping agencies, partners and marketers craft ad campaigns on the social network that drive business results. Online courses, in-person training and certification are part of Blueprint, which covers topics including campaign optimization, video on Facebook and measurement.
Facebook said in a Facebook for Business post introducing Blueprint and Learn How:
The foundation of Blueprint is its eLearning center, which features more than 35 online courses and has tracks organized by category, such as direct-response marketing, as well as tracks designed for specific roles, such as digital buying. Blueprint eLearning easily integrates with other learning and development programs and offers reporting to track progress and results.
The other learning center introduced by the social network, Learn How, focuses on Facebook pages and ads, using videos, images and detailed instructions to answer frequently asked questions, such as how to create a page or how to use custom audiences.
Facebook said the content in Learn How can be used to dive into a topic in-depth, or as a reference library to answer questions, adding that it is available on desktop and mobile in 14 languages.
Finally, following up on the cheat sheet for ad images it released last week, Facebook provided an ad copy cheat sheet (below), covering topics including marrying text and images, creating different ads for different target audiences, tone consistency, brevity and specifying a time frame to convey a sense of urgency.
