Instagram Photographer Remembers 9/11 in Striking Photo Essay


Eleven years ago Tuesday, terrorists hijacked four cross-country airplanes, crashing two into New York’s World Trade Center, one into Washington’s Pentagon and another into an eastern-Pennsylvania field. To memorialize the terror attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, New York-based Instagram photographer John de Guzmán (@johndeguzman) began shooting a series of photos Friday captioned with phrases beginning “Never ….”
