The communications industry has been talking about mobile for a while. Has your organization taken this latest trend seriously?

It should, an infographic from WhatRunsWhere says.

The infographic lists a string of statistics that, if you’re not using mobile, will quickly motivate you to start.

Here are a few of them:

  • Sixty-four percent of mobile users bought something after seeing a mobile ad.
  • Eighty percent of smartphone owners want more information available via mobile while they shop.
  • Americans spend an average of 158 minutes a day on smartphones and tablets.

But despite these numbers, only 25 percent of companies have a mobile strategy. Is yours one of them? If not, why hasn’t your organization gone mobile?
