How A Support Agent Turned Super Hero in 3 Short Years

ShortStack’s very own Jane Vance is nothing short of a real-life superhero. Although she works from home, we’re confident she’s outfitted in superhero spandex while coming to the rescue of our user base, troubleshooting problems, answering questions, and generally saving the day. Jane has been exercising her super-human powers for 3 short years and as of August 7, 2014 has saved the day 20,000 times. Yes, you read that correctly, but I’ll say it slower so it can really sink in. In just three years, Jane has solved t-w-e-n-t-y t-h-o-u-s-a-n-d support tickets.

20,000 is an enormous number. To give you an idea of its magnitude here are some 20,000 related statistics:

• With 20,000 gallons of gas, you could drive (on average) 125,000 miles. That distance would circumference the globe 5 times!

• Watching 20,000 Episodes of commercial free Jersey Shore would take you 583 days. That’s over 1 ½ years of straight Jersey Shore!

• With $ 20,000, you could buy approximately 67,000 Twinkies . That’s enough Twinkies to feed 67,000 Twinky-less children!
