Mother Nature has a trick up her sleeve for Halloween this year, as a cold front plunging southeast out of Canada will help create a storm system just off the coast of the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. This storm is likely to produce the first accumulating snow of the winter season from the Appalachians to to the Adirondack Mountains.
