Executive Chef John Williams, MBE, has created a bespoke Escoffier inspired menu to complement the Champagnes, promising a unique and memorable dining experience. The Ritz Restaurant and The Rivoli Bar are exclusively the only restaurant and bar in the UK where Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque Edition Premiere is served. It is a fresh, sophisticated wine that forms the ideal accompaniment to these outstanding Spring dishes.
