Breaking Bad has been an unmatched hit television show since it first aired in January 2008. Even for those who don’t (yet) follow the show, I hope you’ve caught the general gist: when high school chemistry teacher, Walter White, is diagnosed with inoperable, terminal lung cancer, he pressures one of his former students into a life of drugs and crime. The pair begin to manufacture and sell methamphetamine, stumbling into many mishaps along the way.
The show has won seven Primetime Emmy Awards and in 2013 was named number 13 in the Writers Guild of America’s list of the 101 Best-Written TV Series of All Time.
As the second part of the fifth and final season begins today, here’s a period table of the Breaking Bad crew and props to guide you through the finale.
